You have the right to cancel your diagnostic visit upto 24 hours before your visit without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 24 hours has passed and you will be liable to pay the diagnostic fee quoted to you on the time of the booking. The Cancellation period of 24 hours would be from the start time of your allocated time slot. if you fail to notify us of your cancelation request, then the diagnostic fee remains payable and no refund will be due. If multiple appliances are booked in tor one visit you will be liable to pay the fees set out on the initial phone call when booking.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by calling 02380 982855 or emailing us on aac@advancedappliancecare.co.uk should you wish to email us to cancel and in the unlikely event the email was not received we would need evidence of the time and date the email was sent.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Your notice to cancel will have been taken to be received as soon as you make contact with us to cancel your appointment, or in the case of email from the date and time it was sent to us.
