The work was diagnosed as faulty brushes in the motor by the engineer during the first visit. The engineer had the part on the van and was able to replace it during the same visit. This company waved the diagnostic visit charge and did the work at the price agreed when the diagnosis was made.

Matt quickly diagnosed fault, gave on the spot quote, ordered part and fitted in record time. All is now working as it should. Would highly recommend to friends, family and clients.

I gave the symptoms over the phone to a very friendly engineer that our washing machine was spinning only very slowly and not getting the garment dry. He told me it was probably due to a light uneven load. It was, we just needed to balance the load and it was fine. Thank you Checkatrade for pointing me to this engineer!

Called this company today as my oven packed up and was delighted to hear they could come out the same day the engineer arrived within the time slot and was able to repair it on the same day which i think was fab it meant i did not have to take any more time off work and no more worry with having a big expensise buying a new oven before christmas I am a very satisfied and have told my family and freinds about them.

Spoke to Matt regarding a fault with my LG washing machine. Other “specialists” would not entertain it, yet Matt spoke me through the problem (over the phone) and his diagnosis was spot on. Machine now working a treat.

Before phoning this company i was not sure if i would be better off to go out and buy a new machine, but after speaking to them on the phone it seemed that repairing it would proberly be a cheaper option and im now glad i did, the fault was found in around 10 minutes and i was only charged a call out fee.

I asked for a dedicated time slot and was called 20 minutes before to ensure I would be in, great combination and workmanship.

Within 2 hours of our telephone call, a very competent and friendly engineer had arrived, identified the problem and effected a repair at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

They did everything they said they would, called as promised, really efficient knowledgeable and polite, will use again.

Spookily just appearing in my kitchen seemed to resolve the problem of the cycle sticking. More seriously Matt diagnosed the problem with the salt pot, researched the cost of a replacement and advised me it would be more economical to buy a new machine. He also suggested that by using a 5:1 tablet I could continue to use the machine without salt until something else went wrong. The machine appears to be working perfectly well following this approach and has saved me having to buy a new machine for the time being. All for the cost of the initial call out.

From the first phone call to their office, two visits from an engineer and a second phone call. They were polite, helpful and seemingly glad of my business. Highly recommended.
