We charge a diagnostic fee of £48.00 + vat, this charge covers the time and resources required for the engineer to find the fault.
Once the engineer has found the fault with your domestic appliance the engineer will provide you with a fixed quotation for the cost of the repair (including parts if required) and labour, if you then decided to go ahead with the repair the diagnostic charge of £48.00 + vat will be deducted and you only pay the fixed quote price the engineer quotes to repair, so there’s no hidden costs or surprises.
For Miele domestic and commercial appliances prices vary, so please call to find out the charges before you book on-line. We do not require any advanced payment to make a booking, however, full payment upon diagnostic or repair of your appliance is required.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via a chip and pin machine at your property on the day.
Please note we do not repair gas appliances or American style fridge freezers.
